Towards the end of the work day your body starts to drain, you mind starts to wonder, and you think about having a candy bar. Think twice and eat medjool dates. In fact dates are loaded with energy and nutrients the body needs. Why eat empty calories when you can eat a healthy snack instead. In the alternative go for a brisk walk.
