When you live in the city houses as far as the eye can see. When you live in the country in the desert, nothing but date orchards and barren mountains. They both have their advantages and disadvatages. ONe being getting a phone. There is no cell phone service in the country and where there is it is hit and miss. Fortunately there is better service in the desert in more recent days, but not everywhere. Then you have to decide what phone to purchase. So many choices, so little quality. When you grow your dates, much attention is paid to growing medjool dates, but grows are not grown in massive amounts. A few acres is all you can handle.
