J. & F. Hernandez farms
were started back in the summer of 1983 and have continuously grown
produce for market each and every year.
The Hernandez Farms have been predominately organic farms with
very little need or no need for pesticides, primarily due to the harsh
climate which combined with regular cleaning and tilling deters the
growth of weeds, pests, and diseases.
The harsh climate of the Coachella Valley
often exceeds 110 degrees during the summer which is actually conducive
to the growth of quality vegetables with proper irrigation. The quality and quantity of the produce

The Coachella Valley is world renowned for its
